We have a variety of shipping methods available. Below is a brief description of the benefits of each method. Please read through them, but don’t worry, there is no need to memorize them. We have made the process of ordering your opal as user friendly as possible so, at checkout, there is a choice of all the shipping methods, you need only to select the appropriate way that you require and the rest is worked out for you.

If you require insurance, please go to our insurance page. Insurance is also worked out at checkout for you if you require transit insurance.

Free Shipping - As an added bonus, we are happy to provide free airmail shipping if you purchase three or more opals over a period of up to seven days. This does not include insurance. Please email us if further information is required.             

International residents – We provide several international shipping methods; all rates apply worldwide (with the exception of Australia, of course).

1. Australia Post airmail is a flat US$15 worldwide. This method takes approximately 10 woking days5

2. Australia Post ECI (Express Courier International) is a flat US$65 worldwide. this method takes approximately 3-5 days and is trackable by clicking on the following link ECI, Auspost and enter your tracking number provided by us.

3. Fedex is US$145. It is fast, very safe and also can be tracked on the net if you click directly on the following link Fedex and enter your tracking number provided by us.

Australian residents – We have two main delivery systems in place for domestic shipping:

1. Australia Post Registered mail will cost US$12. This method provides you with free insurance cover up to a value of AU$100.

2. Toll Express will cost US$30. This can be tracked on the net if you click directly on the following link Toll Express Website and enter your tracking number provided by us.

Insurance - Purchases over US$300 must be insured. Insurance is US$12 for 1st $100 + US$6 for every additional US$100 or part thereof. Please contact us for more detailed information on other insurance methods for more expensive items.
