This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

Candy red and neon orange move over the surface of the opal. Green and blue contrast the show beautifully, moving under the red and orange, lifting them to an even higher level of spender. The opal is very bright and the crisp colours sparkle evenly all over the dome. Lovely 3 dimensional play of colour always. This breathtaking opal shows gorgeous and very vivid colour from all angles. Perfect in all lights.
