This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

This is a very pretty opal in a teardrop shape. Magnificent rolling flashes fill with the full spectrum of rainbow colors. Red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple glide across this opal. The bright fire colours jump all over the opal. The play of colours is spectacular.
