This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

This opal is very lively, flaming with very bright, and very crisp colours, moving in rolling flashes. Very bright fiery colours of magenta, violet, crisp red and turquoise green. All are vibrant and swap and change with the slightest movement. A dazzling piece and great in all lights.
