This SOLID BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

The fire in this opal is bright golden green together with crisp orange fire with hints of royal blue. The colours roll in a large rolling flashes over the face of the stone. Moving from the brightest golden green to a beautiful bright orange. A golden glow radiates across the green as the opal is rotated. Great in all lights.
