This SOLID BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

A elegant opal with a Flagstone Harlequin pattern, a perfect pendant stone!

The fire in this opal moves continually as the opal is rotated. Lustrous colours of mainly emerald green to turquoise to dark blue, all moving very bright and strong in rolling flashes across the opal, giving a superb colour play. A stunning and beautiful gemstone, ready to be made into a beautiful piece of fine jewelry.
