This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

The rolling flashes move through several colours, from fire red and deep burning orange contrasted by bright green and yellow with a touch of blue. The colours move quickly on rotation, moving in rolling flashes. Colour can be seen at all times. Great in all lights.
