This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

The fire in this opal is bright golden green and light turquoise green with a touch of orange. The colours move bright and sparkly over the face of the stone. The colours move over the medium high dome of the opal as well as inside the opal showing a very 3-dimensional show. A golden glow radiates across the green as the opal is rotated. Always showing full potential. Great in all lights.
