This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

Red and orange and a touch of green move gently over a background of ocean turquoise blue and fresh purple. The fire shows all of the time, turning on a magnificent play-of-colour from every angle. On turning, the bright fiery colours jump from colour to colour. Great in all lights.
