This SOLID BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

The fire in this double sided opal moves continually as the opal is rotated. Full on show on both sides. Lustrous colours of gold green to turquoise green, blue and purple, all jumping across the opal, giving a superb colour play. Continual moving show all of the time. A stunning and beautiful gemstone, ready to be made into a beautiful piece of fine jewelry.
