This SOLID SEMI BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

Bright, crisp colours play in a Floral Harlequin pattern. Very bright red, orange, yellow and green sparkle throughout the opal in 3D over a background of a beautiful purple. The colours are uniform across the face of the opal showing bright and vivid colour from all angles. Great in all lights.
