This SOLID BLACK Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

The fire in this opal is bright neon golden green and orange with a touch of neon yellow that shows in a pendant position, these colours move over a royal blue background. The colours move in rolling flashes over the face of the stone. Moving from the brightest golden green to a beautiful royal blue and turquoise. A golden glow radiates across the green as the opal is rotated. Better in reality. Great in all light.
