This SOLID BLACK CRYSTAL Opal is from the Lightning Ridge mining fields in Australia.

Pinfire pattern.

Bright strong fire of golden green, bottle green and turquoise green sparkle brightly across the face of the opal showing throughout the body of the opal. Always showing full colour over the dome as the opal is rotated. Great in all lights.
